Thirteen

A few months ago I had a dream where I was watching a new Doctor Who episode with a female Doctor. It was amazing. It inspired me to try and render the character as best I could on paper, hence this. Also I wrote an accompanying essay of thoughts on (and an argument for) a female Doctor Who. Check it out.
